PAYROLL DEPOSITS

  • Employees have their choice of being paid by direct deposit into their bank account or having their pay deposited to a NetSpend PayCard
  • We need a Direct Deposit Form from your bank which provides the necessary information for us to set up this process
  • If you opt for the NetSpend Pay card, please click the above link
  • Paychecks will be deposited on Fridays following the end of the pay period
  • Pay stubs or paychecks with errors should be reported to Paula

CLOCK-IN & CLOCK-OUT

  • Employees may clock-in a maximum of five (5) minutes before scheduled clock-in time unless asked by management to clock-in early
  • Employees may clock-out a maximum of five (5) minutes after scheduled clock-out time unless asked by management to clock-out later
  • Clock in/out at the General Store

QUICKBOOKS® TIME (FORMERLY TSHEETS)

  • After you are hired you will receive an email and a text welcoming you to Quickbooks ® Time
  • The company name is fwi04  
  • Please contact Paula with any issues
  • Clock in/out at the General Store
  • You are responsible for clocking in and out correctly. If you forget, or neglect, to clock in or out, you will be responsible for any errors made in computing your total hours
  • QuickBooks® Time is a GPS system.  If employees clock in/out outside of the campground, time will be adjusted by ten minutes time frames until TSheets show your location as being at the campground
  • You are responsible for clocking in and out correctly. If you forget, or neglect, to clock in or out, you will be responsible to notify Paula so she can make the necessary adjustment

PAY STUBS & W-2

  • You will receive an email invitation to QuickBooks Workforce
  • Click on that link to create an account
  • Near the bottom left you’ll see ‘New to Intuit? Create an account
  • Follow the directions
  • You will need the amount of your last check. If you don’t know this amount, please contact Paula.
  • Timecards, Pay stubs or paychecks with errors should be reported to Paula

PAY PERIOD

  • Pay periods are one week in length, beginning on Sunday and ending on Saturday

RULES

  • Your family and/or friends may not hang out at the campground while you are working
  • If asked to work over you may not ask another employee to work in your place.  Contact your manager
  • Children may not accompany you while working
  • There are NO SALARY ADVANCES

FINAL PAYCHECK

  • Whether end of season or termination Employee must return uniforms, keys and/or any other Campground property to receive their final paycheck
  • Failure to return campground property will result the following deduction(s) to said final paycheck:
  • $20 per uniform shirt
  • $20 per key ($20 times the number of keys issued to you)
  • $500 per radio
  • $100 minimum (per each) for any other campground property
