DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS


THREE STRIKES

  1. First offense – Verbal Warning
  2. Second offense –  Written Warning
  3. Third offense –  Termination
  • Poor Performance
  • Poor Attitude
  • Lack of Enthusiasm
  • Persistent Negativity
  • No Show
  • Excessive Absences – If Employee is sick or has an emergency situation, they are required to inform management as soon as possible, but at least an hour prior to their scheduled shift.

Tardiness

  • Employee will receive a verbal warning after each of the first three instances of tardiness.
  • Employee will receive written notice upon the fourth instance, termination notice upon fifth instance
  • Tardiness is any time you arrive in excess of ten minutes after your scheduled arrival time

IMMEDIATE TERMINATION

  • Falsifying Company Records
  • Alcohol/Drug Abuse
  •  Insubordination
  • Disrespecting Management
  • Disorderly/Unethical/Unprofessional Conduct
  • Vulgar Language
  • No Show/No Call For Assigned Shift
  • Refusing to work when needed
  • Clock in/out Abuse
  • Leaving Shift Without Permission
  • Causing Conflict /Chaos Amongst Fellow Employees
  • Racial Or Sexual Slurs, Jokes, or Insults
  • Safety Violation
  • Abuse of Company Property
  • Using Company Property for Personal Use
