DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
THREE STRIKES
- First offense – Verbal Warning
- Second offense – Written Warning
- Third offense – Termination
- Poor Performance
- Poor Attitude
- Lack of Enthusiasm
- Persistent Negativity
- No Show
- Excessive Absences – If Employee is sick or has an emergency situation, they are required to inform management as soon as possible, but at least an hour prior to their scheduled shift.
Tardiness
- Employee will receive a verbal warning after each of the first three instances of tardiness.
- Employee will receive written notice upon the fourth instance, termination notice upon fifth instance
- Tardiness is any time you arrive in excess of ten minutes after your scheduled arrival time
IMMEDIATE TERMINATION
- Falsifying Company Records
- Alcohol/Drug Abuse
- Insubordination
- Disrespecting Management
- Disorderly/Unethical/Unprofessional Conduct
- Vulgar Language
- No Show/No Call For Assigned Shift
- Refusing to work when needed
- Clock in/out Abuse
- Leaving Shift Without Permission
- Causing Conflict /Chaos Amongst Fellow Employees
- Racial Or Sexual Slurs, Jokes, or Insults
- Safety Violation
- Abuse of Company Property
- Using Company Property for Personal Use
